Keep your pet hydrated
The first rule of any summer adventure with your pet is to keep them hydrated. Whether the sun is shining and you’re taking those paws outdoors or the clouds are out and you’re having an indoor play date, your furry friend should always have access to fresh, clean drinking water.
Have a pet picnic
What’s a warm day without a picnic? Let your four-legged friend in on the fun with pet-friendly treats, and give your dog the perfect hydration boost with a homemade ice lolly that is sure to get their taste buds tingling. Looking for another fun activity? Treat them to a game of fetch or tug-of-war.
Cool off
As much as we love a heatwave (no longer such a rarity here in the UK), your cat or dog might not be so keen.
